How about turning off all the board descriptions, or at least makeing it an optional combo box? In my account, one could click on expert mode settings. A few things I thought should be in a combo box is, Allow board sescriptions? Yes, no. Allow user # below user names? Yes, no. Not sure how to word this one, but how about takien allow long help messages, or short. This way, for example, let's say a user wanted the board descriptions on, but the help messages shortened, they could have that set.

No, it makes it less to read via screenreaders, and I'm sure we all wouldn't mind that. While we're at it. Show signitures in private messssages? Yes, no. Show abitor below posts in board? Yes,no. Show game descriptions? Yes,no. Just think how much turning off all those game descriptions would save as far as reading? Sure you can do links list, read headings, etc, but this is just another idea I'm thinking of w with options in expert mode.

How about chooseing weather or not to eliminate the number of users playing each game? It could go one link per line, Black Jack, and so force and so on.

Probably won't use this (famous last words), but I do like the last idea.

J? I'm wondering how difficult it might be for you to set up a system by which we could go into our accounts and hide certain links from the homepage that we never use. For example some of us never play any other games than anagrams, so we coulde hide them all, giving us a smaller page to browse. I think this should be something maybe available to premium only as a part of expert mode.

you know what would be cool?

to turn off public messages, but still have notifications of who loged in and pic 3 etc.

now we have the quick note filter, i think that would be a pretty awsome feature

Post 16 by cuddle_kitten84 (I just keep on posting!) on Tuesday, 06-Feb-2007 7:12:35

yeah, i agree with that idea iternity, then you could choose how to muddle with the quick notes depending on who logs in/out. loving the log out sounds btw.

oh yes, that's what i was thinking.

if you don't want all the messages, you can just have what you what intersts you.

maybe the conversation is boring, but you don't want to turn publics off
